Archbishop Mark O’Toole joins BBC Radio Wales on All Things Considered.
Here is the blurb from the BBC programme:
On Monday, Bishop Mark O’Toole of Plymouth was installed as Archbishop of Cardiff. In Swansea three days later, he was also made Bishop of Menevia. With those two positions, he became leader of most of the Catholics in Wales, and in the county of Hereford.
